Christmas Hugs

After hours of travel, the first thing I do when I see my family at Christmas is throw my arms around them. We exchange smiles, hugs and noisy greetings after months of being apart. These gifts of love are given long before we unwrap the presents we’ve purchased. In the same way, the Magi knelt and worshiped Jesus before offering Him their royal presents. Their adoration was even more important than the gifts they had carried for many miles.

Do Good - Give at least ten priceless gifts of smiles, hugs, and words of affirmation to those around you at work, school, and home today. Take note of the responses you get from everyone.

God has intricately designed us to share love with Him and one another as the greatest gift of all. As we open our hearts this Christmas to Jesus and the people around us, let’s fully enjoy the feeling of His infinite love.

“On coming to the house, they saw the Child with His mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped Him.” Matthew 2:11a. Click here to read more about God's love.

Jesus, help us to remember that the presents we exchange are secondary to the real gift of love that we share with You and those around us.

Know Good. Do Good. Feel Good.

I pray that you have a great day as you experience and express God's love in fresh, real ways!
