New Year, New Aspirations
Up To Know Good on Friday

It was 9:00 on a Tuesday night. I was traveling and visiting friends, but several minutes earlier, I had excused myself and returned to my own hotel room to make a call. Just like every other Tuesday night, my coach promptly answered. For about five years, Elizabeth and I met for weekly phone coaching sessions. At the end of each call she gave me homework, and at the beginning of each conversation, I reported on my assignment.
Do Good - Find a support system of people to help you accomplish your goals for 2007. Find a coach, a networking group, and/or an organization of like-minded people. Find a place where you can both give and receive from other people for maximum effectiveness.
Elizabeth was a wonderful match for me as a life/career coach. Our ability to connect easily plus our weekly commitment for several years was a key element in me creating and realizing many personal and professional aspirations. We cannot hope to accomplish our dreams alone - we must find help and support. Let’s make one more goal to find people to walk with us toward the big dreams we have for this year.
